If you’ve been on a walk around your neighbourhood lately, you may have noticed the air becoming more crisp, and far more leaves littered across the sidewalks. This is a telltale sign that the season of Fall is upon us! Okay, whether you like it or not, the month of September is almost over (we know, it was the 1st five minutes ago), and that means it's time for our ranking of the top 10 candies for the month of September!

1. Trolli Mini Rings Red Fruits
First up on our September top 10 list is the Trolli Mini Rings Red Fruits. These chewy treats had me in a choke hold the second they entered my mouth. I can’t help but act a fool for red candy so when I got a bag filled with strawberry, cherry and raspberry flavoured gummies, I knew it was game over (hence its number 1 position on the list). Each red gummy is coated in a sensational sugar powder, increasing the sweetness between every bite – it’s unreal! I’m getting a pack for my candy stash as we speak!!!
2. Wonka Magic Hat Gummies
What a comeback!! Launching the return of the Wonka brand, the Wonka Magic Hat Gummies couldn’t get me anymore excited! These hat shaped gummy candies are filled with a sweet jelly that comes in four fruity flavours that turn your tongue blue, including orange-strawberry, raspberry-grape, strawberry-watermelon and magic berries. Once I bit into the gummy, my mouth was overwhelmed with Wonka candy magic! The goey fruit-flavoured jelly came oozing out and made my taste buds soar. I’ll definitely have a bag of these on me when the new Wonka film comes out!
3. Cadbury Wunderbar
Cadbury chocolate is a Canadian candy we can never get enough of! As we head into the colder months, the Candyologists unanimously agreed that having a go-to chocolate bar is the best way to warm yourself up! Cadbury Wunderbar is truly a wonder for the senses! From its luscious texture between the peanut butter filling, milk chocolate coating, and layer of creamy caramel, to its sweet and savory flavour blend. As the 3rd spot on our top 10 list, there was no way we could exclude this classic Canadian chocolate bar from the list.
4. Fruity Pebbles White Chocolate Bar
The Flintstones really know how to leave a sweet impression! Fruity Pebbles White Chocolate Bar combines the sweet & crunchy flavours of Fruity Pebbles cereal with the delectable flavour of white chocolate. This sweet treat got me hopped up on all the sugar I needed for the day. This chocolate bar is the perfect treat to enjoy when you need a quick pick-me-up! In the meantime, I’ll be dreaming about the next I can sink my teeth into this irresistble candy bar again.
5. Mentos Fruity Delight
Ever since I tried the Mentos Fruity Delight, I’ve has a stash of them tucked away at my desk at all times! Whenever I feel like I need a refresher, I just pop one in my mouth and let the tropical fruity sensations take over! With mango/taro and peach/orange flavours, one bite of the Mentos candy had my senses transported to a sunny tropical resort. Besides its yummy flavour, the vibrant Mentos packaging made them the perfect summer treat, so they had to be featured on our Septmber list as we transition to Fall.
6. Fruit-Tella Super Mix w/ Chia Seeds
The number 6 spot on our list goes to Fruit-Tella Super Mix w/ Chia Seeds! This sweet square-shaped fruit candy left me chewing and with every bite, the fruitiness kept intensifying! What really stood out to me was the addition of Chia Seeds to the fruity snack. It kept the flavour fresh and texture super intriguing with the chewy and crunchy mix! I loved every moment of trying this candy!
7. De La Rosa Marzipan Peanut Candy
Not your average candy treat, but still seriously good! De La Rosa Marzipan Peanut Candy is made of layers of Marzipan peanuts, sugar, honey, roasted peanuts and other delicious flavours that can only be enjoyed with this candy. As I did my due diligence with this savory treat AKA taste test, I couldn’t help but go back for more! I can’t wait to take the rest of this Marzipan candy home with me and enjoy it with some black tea.
8. McCraws Neapolitan Taffy
Taffy fans are going to get a kick out of this one! McCraws Neapolitan Taffy has an unforgettable flavour blend of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry that made my mouth water before I even tried it. Once I tried this flat taffy candy, I knew we had to add it to our top 10 list this month! The sweet flavour paired with the chewy texture is something only a classic taffy lover would appreciate. If you’re a sucker for taffy, we suggest this be part of your next snack session!
9. Walkers Doritos Chilli Heatwave UK
Walkers Doritos Chilli Heatwave UK chips are the best of both worlds in terms of flavour and texture! I personally enjoy snacking on potato chips that are light and crispy, so when I found out they combined that with the flavour of Doritos Chilli Heatwave, I was fully on board! The heavy spicy seasoning can be a bit overwhelming if you’re not crazy about spice, but if you like your snacks hot, this is exactly what you need in your life! Let me just say, you have to be careful when snacking on these Walkers chips because they’re highly addictive – they’ll be gone before you know it!
