Candy Funhouse Shipping Policy (Canada)

Due to the holiday season and increased order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. Our team is working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:
Candy Funhouse processes and ships all orders within 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and shipping details.

Free Shipping:
Candy Funhouse offers free shipping across Canada on all orders over $59 CAD (excluding NT, YT, and NU).

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are provided before checkout. Free shipping is available for all orders over $59 CAD.

Temperature Considerations:
Candy Funhouse does not take responsibility for any product damage due to weather conditions.

Please consider the destination climate before placing your order, especially during warmer months.

Damaged or Lost Items:
If an item is received damaged, opened, or defective, customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue in order for us to investigate and offer a resolution. If the item has been discarded, we will no longer be able to assist with the claim.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but Candy Funhouse cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

Delivered Packages & Stolen Items:
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier (e.g., to a front door or mailbox), Candy Funhouse is no longer responsible for the item. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier directly to file a claim through their delivery insurance, if applicable.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible.
