Can I pick up my candy order myself at your warehouse?
Yes, for your convenience, you can pick up an order at our Warehouse located at 855 Matheson Blvd E Unit 9 Mississauga, L4W4L6. In order to do so, simply click on the Store Pick-Up option on the Check-Out page.
NOTE: Pickup's are temporarily unavaialble due to safety precautions with the Covid-19. Shipping options are still available.
What happens if the item I order is out of stock?
In the improbable case a product is out of stock, Candyfunhouse.com will inform you within 24 hours of preparing your buy. On account of an out-of-stock product, your payment option will be discounted the price tag of the item and also the transportation costs related with the out-of-stock product.
Do you make any of these products?
We do not manufacture any of the products listed on the Candy Funhouse website, but we do use branded candy to create our own loot bags.
Can we request certain candies?

When will my products arrive?
Products are shipped out within 1-3 business days from the Candy Funhouse warehouse. Our website displays an estimated delivery date on all products, along with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Sorry, these dates are NOT guaranteed and of course exclude time delays caused by natural disasters.
