It All Starts With a Spark
Sometimes it comes to them in a dream; sometimes it comes from a conversation, or something they see out in the world. Wherever it comes from, every Candy Funbox starts with a spark that gets fanned in a Candyologist Dream Session!
The Candyologists convene and collaborate on creative concepts for Candy Funboxes, culminating in courteously curated craveable collections!
Taste. Tweak. Repeat.
Once a theme has been chosen, the real work begins – choosing the contents!
Starting with a list of up to 50 candy candidates, they refine the list until they all agree that they couldn’t possibly cut one more candy! Sometimes this means they’ve arrived at the perfect Candy Funbox roster, but usually there will be a little variance between boxes because they just couldn’t agree on a single cut more!
They taste for flavour pairings, account for texture fatigue, ensure shareability, and of course, it has to pass the WHOA-pen test! If it doesn’t put a big smile on your face when you open it, it’s not a Candy Funbox, it’s just a box of candy.
Pack It With Personality
It’s what’s on the inside that counts. But that doesn’t mean the outside can’t be nice too!
We design the sticker on the box to be as fun as it is informative! More than a label, it gives you a little taste of what’s to come in your very own Candy Funbox!
The insert card tells the Candy Funbox’s story, telling you a little bit about how it came to be and who it is! It’s not just a fun box of candy, it’s a Candy Funbox!
From Our World to Your Door
With the candy chosen, the sticker made, and the insert written, the only thing left is to put it all together!
Our wonderful warehouse workers pick the pieces off the shelves and pack it all up! Each of the carefully chosen candies are lovingly placed in the box along with the insert card. Then, the box gets boxed, a shipping label is applied, and the package is ready for shipping right to your door!
From dream to delivery, a whole lot of people have put in a whole lot of work to ensure every Candy Funbox is an exceptional experience every time! We hope that this peek behind the curtain has enhanced the magic!
