Never got my item but was charged and asked to review

It’s almost laughable at how bad customer service is here. I’ve received one email over the course of two weeks after no movement of my package. It has been three weeks and it is not at usps yet. I’ve been promised it be 1-2 business days to start moving it’s been an additional 4-5 now. Still not even on its way over to me. I feel cheated over such a small order. Like are you ever gonna get me the candy I paid for?
