Loving my Chicken Bones!

Mu husband grew up in New Brunswick, about an hour away from Ganongs! Every Christmas, right until my mother-in-law passed away, we got 2 packages, one each. We have searched hi and low to find them in Ontario, but with no luck. I was actually searching for DOTS, my other favorite candy, when I found CANDY FUNHOUSE, and found out they carried my Chicken Bones!! If you like cinnamon and chocolate, then this is the treat for you!!

Hard to Find

My husband is from New Brunswick. Chicken Bones were a Christmas tradition.
We have had success in finding them at a local bulk barn. The problem was the supply was not always guaranteed. This was a Christmas gift for my husband. From all the gifts he received the favourite was the GOODIE BOX all wrapped with childhood candy and cakes!

Burned my tongue!

I love these candies but had too many at once and actually burned my tongue. It took 4-5 days for my tongue to return to normal. I looked it up and this happens more often with sour candies. Just a word of caution if you like these! I will be ordering again but eating in moderation. :)

These are my favourite candies, they are delicious and addictive especially if you love the touch of cinnamon. They are a Canadian made product straight from the Maritimes were the Ganong factory is located. Happy you are carrying them as I have not seen them available outside the Maritimes before.
