About the Candy Lovers Subscription

Your first box ships right after you place your order. There’s no waiting period, we send your first Candy Lover Box right away so you can start enjoying it immediately.

After your first box, new boxes ship on the first of the month that follows every third month after your purchase. The month you order counts as your first month.
For example, if you order on March 28, your next box ships on June 1.

Each Funbox is filled with a curated mix of candies, chocolates, and exclusive treats.

Our Candyologists do the work for you. Each Candy Lover Box is carefully curated to include a surprise mix of the newest, rarest, and most exciting candies from around the world.

No. Every Candy Lover Box is unique. We track all products to make sure there are no duplicates during your subscription period.

All active subscribers get access to exclusive Candy Funhouse sales, held four times per year. These sales include special product drops, limited-edition candy, and discounts that are only available to Candy Lover subscribers.

If you pause or cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to these sales until your subscription becomes active again. Only active members can participate in subscriber-only promotions during that period.

Yes, shipping is free across Canada, excluding Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland, and Nunavut.

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your box is scanned by the carrier.

No problem! You’ll still get your first box shipped right away. Your next shipment will follow the regular schedule, on the 1st of the third month after your purchase month.

We ship out boxes at the start of each three-month period. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your Funbox is on its way.

Billing and Subscription Management

You’re charged at checkout for your first box. After that, you’ll automatically be billed every three months, just before each new box ships on the 1st.
Annual prepaid customers are billed once per year, which covers four boxes in total.

The Quarterly Plan bills every three months at $70 CAD per box. It includes free shipping and access to exclusive subscriber-only sales held four times a year.

The Annual Prepaid Plan bills once per year at $250 CAD for four boxes, saving you $30 overall, including an exclusive Candy Funhouse merch item each year, and giving you the same subscriber-only sale access as quarterly members. It also offers the option to send the subscription as a gift.


If gifting, the first box ships right away to your recipient, and the next three ship quarterly. Don’t add extra items unless you want them sent with the gift, personal orders should be placed separately.

Your subscription renews automatically on your billing schedule. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next renewal by logging into your Candy Funhouse account under Manage Subscriptions.
