But if its anything like the original recipe should be awesome! And yes it was too expensive considering I would normally go over the border to buy it at around $4.

It was childhood retro thing to to buy, and I was not disappointed, but way too expensive to revisit the past. I think Fruit Loops will suffice as they are so similar. Lower the price and it would be great.
