Since 1912, 3 generations of the Riiter family have been producing a fine selection of chocolate in Germany. 

In 1932 the Ritter "Sport" Chocolate Bar was introduced after Alfred Ritter's wife suggested creating the chocolate bars in the 100 g size format to fit into any sports jacket pocket without breaking.
