Sugar, corn syrup, enriched wheat flavour (flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), molasses; contained 2% or less of: artificial colour (k-carmine, red 40 lake), gum acacia, licorice extract, modified cornstarch, salt, caramel colour, resinous glaze, carnauba wax, anise oil, natural and artificial flavour, sulfur dioxide, to maintain freshness.

Blast from my childhood

Dad used to stop at the local 'dairy bar' on his way home from work and pick these up for my brother and I. We'd rifle through his pockets looking for what treat he'd brought home. Good and Plenty was always one of my favourite childhood candies.
