Mint Chocolate Thins
Kiss convention goodbye. Or better still, throw it out of the window, along with the napkin rings, cake forks, and black forest gateaux. If you want to host the perfect dinner for friends or family the world is your oyster. So anything goes, but if you really want to impress your guests and get them talking about your dessert prowess, there's a simple and little know ingredient which can be as versatile as it is delicious. You guessed it - The After Eight Mint.
After Eight thin mints are meant to be used as after-dinner mints, as the name suggests. They were originally imported to Canada via the UK, but are now manufactured by Nestle. Instead they are now manufactured in Halifax, Nova Scotia!
