CandyFunhouse.ca does NOT accept returns for and candy or food items.

If there any concerns with your order then please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving your order for refund/exchange requests and must be approved by our Customer Service Department. Due to Health and Safety concerns CandyFunhouse.ca only accept returns of Non-Edible items.

Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to CandyFunhouse.ca in their original condition at their expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-edible products.

 

General Questions

In the improbable case a product is out of stock, Candyfunhouse.com will inform you within 24 hours of preparing your buy. On account of an out-of-stock product, your payment option will be discounted the price tag of the item and also the transportation costs related with the out-of-stock product.

No, promo codes are excluded from all orders that include a subscription box.

We do not manufacture any of the products listed on the Candy Funhouse website, but we do use branded candy to create our own loot bags.
